NPAV Advisory Pool

To encourage sector involvement in the New Performing Arts Venue project, the Department of Culture and the Arts established an Advisory Pool.

The Advisory Pool members reflect a wide representation of expertise to meet the varying interests associated with the project, including one nominated representative from each of the theatre organisations: Black Swan Theatre Company, Perth Theatre Company, Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts, Performing Arts Society, and Yirra Yaakin.

The New Performing Arts Venue Advisory Pool, which was appointed in February 2006, meet as required in specialist focus groups. These focus groups provide feedback on issues relating to the Venue’s management operations and programming to inform the Department’s decision-making process.
