First Stage of the Consultation Process
The first stage of external consultation was completed in July 2008, was made up of a series of forums, which included expert panel presentations and public discussions facilitated by Dr Helen Grzyb.

The fifth forum dealt with Creativity and Engagement.
The forum topics were developed from background research and were identified as the primary elements for consideration in the development of our policy framework. The outcomes from each forum will inform and influence the development of the new Policy Framework.
