These publications are the primary source of information on grants programs and are intended as a reference for both applicants and assessors.

Administered Grant Agreement Form (Word.doc, 232Kb) 

If a third party is administering a grant on behalf of those undertaking the project or activity, this form must be completed, signed by both parties and submitted with the support materials for the application.

Supplier Creation Form (PDF, 177Kb)

If your grant application is successful, Culture and the Arts (WA) will require a completed Supplier Creation Form to transfer grant funds to you. To expedite this process, applicants should submit this form along with your support materials during the application stage.

If your grant application is successful, this document provides useful information on visually documenting your project or activity for acquittal reporting and ongoing promotion of your profile and practice.

Image Permission Form (PDF, 570Kb)

If you wish to submit images for publication by Culture and the Arts (WA) following completion of your project or activity, this form must be completed and submitted with the support materials for your acquittal report.

Work in the Moving Image Info Sheet (PDF, 44Kb)

Refer to this info sheet for specific eligibility requirements if your project or activity involves film, video, digital, animation, projection art, time-based media art or other emerging digital forms.

Regional and Remote Touring Fund – Business Day Calculator (.xlsx 21Kb)

Applicants to the Regional and Remote Touring Fund must submit applications at least 60 business days before the start date of your project or activity. Use this Business day calculator to work out the final eligible submission date for your application.

Applicants to the Regional and Remote Touring Fund must complete and submit this workbook to provide details of the tour, including towns and regions, dates, venues and projected audience numbers.

Regional and Remote Touring Fund – Performing Arts Touring Agreement (PDF, 1Mb)

Applicants to Regional and Remote Touring Fund must submit one completed Performing Arts Touring Agreement for each venue listed in the Itinerary and Touring Party Workbook. This Form must be signed by each presenting venue as evidence that the venue has agreed to host the touring performance.
