APPLICATIONS TO U-15k CATEGORIES: deadlines for projects commencing Dec 2017 to Feb 2018

Culture and the Arts (WA) grants will be closing for the holidays and system upgrades from late December to early January.

For projects starting on or after 15 February, please refer to 2018 program guidelines, which will be available from 21 December. You can start a new application when Online Grants reopens on 10 January.

Unsubmitted draft applications in the system will expire at 4pm, 20 December, but can be retrieved for later reference if required.

All applicants are reminded to check the U-15k Business Day calculator for last possible submission dates when planning an application.

Fellowship rounds deferred

The opening of the 2017

  • Young People and the Arts Fellowships;
  • Aboriginal Arts Forward Fellowship;
  • Performing Arts Mid-Career Fellowship;
  • Visual Arts and Craft Mid-Career Fellowships; and 
  • Creative Development Fellowships 
has been deferred due to an uncertain funding environment.  

The status of the Scholarship and Fellowships Program will be updated following confirmation of available funds.

Creative Regions

The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries is examining the priorities of the Creative Regions program. Any amendments to the current program will be made in line with the State Government’s priorities. An update will be posted in October 2017.
