To submit information please email wwo@dca.wa.gov.au and include the following information:

- Subject Title
- Summary (50 words max)
- Date/s
- Venue
- Cost
- Contact details
- Closing date/s (where applicable)
DO NOT SEND
- PDFs
- Text boxes
- Images
Deadline
5pm each Thursday for mail out the following Monday.
Please note
- All information received is distributed on an "as time permits" basis.
- The Department will not guarantee to meet any promotional deadline and as such takes no responsibility for late distribution or non-distribution of any material submitted.
- Additionally, The Department takes no responsibility for the content or accuracy of the information distributed through its networks.
- Given the increased demand for access to this service repeat distributions cannot be accommodated. If you require your entry to be included more than once, please resend the information each week you would like it to appear.
