Touring
Touring relates to activities which involve performances in two or more towns or cities, whether within Western Australia, interstate or internationally.
Good touring applications will provide a comprehensive marketing plan and a detailed tour schedule as well as proposed gig details where dates have not been confirmed at the time of application. In the case of unconfirmed gigs, evidence of a relationship with relevant booking agents should be included with the application. Where gigs are unconfirmed, confirmation can be submitted after the closing date for applications.
Tours into markets where the artist does not have a release are unlikely to be funded. Strong applications by record labels for international touring to support releases may be submitted subject to confirmation of release dates and tour dates closer to the activity.

- artist biography, discography and previous sales figures
- distribution history and current label biography
- detail of international activity
- international label biography and support letter/s
- Australian and international radio airplay figures
- a marketing plan for the release and the tour
- an approximate budget
