Grants Programs

DCA distributes more than $3 million annually in project funding through its grants programs to provide emerging and established arts practitioners, workers and creatives with one-off funding assistance to undertake and deliver a broad range of projects and activities across multiple art forms and disciplines.

DCA’s Grants Programs are changing and will be relaunched in February 2016. If you are intending to apply for a DCA grant in 2016, contact a DCA Grants and Programs Officer who can provide advice and assistance to help you plan ahead.

DCA distributes more than $3 million annually in project funding through its grants programs, which include the Creative Development, Commercial Development, Community Engagement, Aboriginal Arts, Connecting to Country and Scholarship and Fellowships programs.

Over the next three years, a further $4 million per year (annual average) funded by the State Government’s Royalties for Regions will be distributed through the Creative Regions programs. The Regional and Remote Touring Fund will open in mid January 2018.

These programs aim to stimulate and support the development, growth, viability and sustainability of the arts, culture and creative industry sectors in WA by assisting emerging and established artists, creative practitioners, arts workers, groups and organisations with funding to undertake and deliver a broad range of projects and activities across multiple art forms and disciplines.
