Jade Masters

Jade is an Abmusic graduate and has over 12 years experience in the music industry.  He has toured extensively with the Dave Mann Collective as drummer and is officially endorsed by Yamaha Music Australia.  Jade has performed as a session musician with other bands including Djiva, Alice Haines and Lorrae Coffin and drummed with supporting acts for non-Indigenous acts including the Cat Empire and Killing Heidi.  He has worked as a full-time drum teacher at the Morley Sound Centre, was awarded Drum Teacher of the Year in 2005 and has managed the Yabu Band.  Jade is currently working as the Music Development Officer at Abmusic and has a special interest in supporting regional and remote musical development.
