Carol Dowling

Carol has a Masters of Arts in Indigenous Research and Development and extensive experience working with community based organisations.  In addition, she is currently completing her PhD.  Carol has previous involvement in film and radio, starting the first Aboriginal Film Festival at Edith Cowan University.  She is also credited with producing several award winning radio documentaries.  Carol has continuous involvement in the writing and production of her sister Julie Dowling’s solo shows nationally and internationally.
