Kathryn Mudie

Kathryn Mudie began her path in fashion while still at high school, diverting momentarily as she pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Her fascination for fashion design drew her back to a fashion retail position at Fuchsia, a well-established retail outlet for leading contemporary designers.  Kath enjoys the creative aspirations of her designer fashion label, empire rose that derives its design ethic from the influences of ballet costuming, the drama of theatre combined with the essence of different cultures and historical reference. By listening closely to her clientele, empire rose embraces the strength and femininity of the modern woman.  With four successful stores nationally, empire rose is continuing to attract a strong following with its collection of distinctive pieces and unique designs.
