Maria Short

Based in Perth, Maria operates the ‘m o r e !’ group, four eclectic fashion stores stocking labels sourced from the most original and creative designers in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Japan and New York.  Maria has spent her career in fashion covering all facets of the business including production, wholesale and retail.  With her partner Jim, she operates Short + Short, a fashion and life style agency which wholesales leading Australian and imported fashion and accessory labels to Western Australian retailers.  For the second year, Maria is on Perth Fashion Festival Advisory Board and was recently invited as a guest judge for the student division of the Malaysian Fashion Week in Kuala Lumpur.
