Margaret Farrell

Margaret Farrell is Managing Director of Sukimoo, a Western Australian fashion agent selling Australian design to the Northern Hemisphere.  Margaret founded the company when she migrated to Perth from Ireland and discovered the richness, diversity and chic of Australian fashion.  She realised a lot of this was unseen and unknown in Europe and a business idea was germinated; she made it Sukimoo’s mission to introduce cutting edge Southern Hemisphere designers to the Northern Hemisphere.  Sukimoo has so far introduced nearly 40 Australian designers, of which approximately half are from Western Australia, to very receptive buyers in Europe.  Margaret has extensive banking and fashion experience and this, coupled with her large network of European retailers, means that more and more European consumers are discovering the uniqueness of Australian designer fashion and accessories.
