Anne Farren

Anne is currently a lecturer in Fashion Design and course coordinator for Fashion and Textile Design at Curtin University of Technology.  Since the establishment of her studio in 1985, she has been actively involved in her practice incorporating textiles, art, design and fashion.  Anne is committed to the development of promotional opportunities for both fashion and textile design in Western Australia and has been involved in the running of events such as the series of Urban Heat Fashion Shows (1996-98).  She has also provided support for both fashion and textiles as a committee member for organisations such as Western Australian Fibre and Textile Association and Textile Clothing and Footwear Association of WA.
