Bernard Kerr

Bernard has a Master of Arts (Visual Arts) from Curtin, a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in teaching.  He is currently Head of Visual Arts at Scotch College, and has been a lecturer in Visual Arts at Curtin University and Edith Cowan University, and TAFE in ceramics, sculpture, drawing, clay, glass, art education and art and design.  He has exhibited extensively as a ceramicist in group and solo exhibitions such as Bowled Over at Fremantle Arts Centre and Ellipsis at Craftwest.  Bernard has experience as a curator for the Clay and Glass Association of Western Australia and has won several art prizes including the Swan Shire Ceramics Prize.
