Cecile Halford

Cecile is a ceramic artist with a practice that spans studio work and community arts activities.  She is an experienced teacher in art education and has undertaken many artist residencies working with various disciplines.  She has extensive experience in working with community groups and has project management skills including fund raising and administration.
