Audrey Fernandes-Star

Audrey is an established arts practitioner with a BA in Fine Arts from the College of Fine Arts and Graduate Diploma in Education (Lisbon) and a Masters in Education (Murdoch).  She is currently undertaking a PhD at Murdoch University.  Her prolific public art and artistic portfolio spans the past ten years.  She recently completed the public art commission at Thornlie Railway Station and her most recent solo exhibition, Erasure/s, was in February 2005 at the Moores Building. Her practice includes cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary approaches and her work is represented in a number of collections including City of Fremantle, Town of Vincent and the Ministry of Labour in Finland.
