Allison Archer

Allison has a background in visual arts with a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Western Australia.  Over the past twenty years she has worked as a graphic designer, a freelance researcher, an education officer at the Art Gallery of Western Australia, a gallery manger for Artplace and The Church Gallery, and an art curator for the Edith Cowan University, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Royal Perth Hospital collections.  Allison has also been involved in community events as a Board member for the Bassendean Art Award and has played an active role in the artist in residence programme run by The Church Gallery over the past three years.
