Sue Hammersley

Sue Hammersley has extensive experience in publicity, event management, and music booking and management, beginning with the promotion of venues such as the Melbourne Hotel, the Aberdeen Hotel and the Firm Nightclub.  Sue worked as activities officer at both UWA and Murdoch Universities and coordinated live music street performances for the Northbridge Festival.  Sue has also served on the board of WAM, The Western Australian Music Industry Association Inc and co-ordinated the Kiss My WAMI Festival in 2000.  Sue has booked bands at venues including the Hyde Park and the Grosvenor, and participated in consultation with Government on behalf of the local music industry.  Recently, Sue worked as Youth Arts and Events Manager at the Artrage Festival and coordinated the inaugural RAMMPAAGE Music Pilot Program, an all age events funding program.
