Sue Codee

Sue’s main area of expertise is visual art and craft in a community cultural development context.  Sue currently lives and works in Albany, in the State's Great Southern Region.  While she is based in Albany, Sue's work has taken her across Australia, from major cities to remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory.  Sue is a current Board Member of Country Arts WA and the Arts Advisory Committee which oversee the operations of the Vancouver Arts Centre in Albany.  Sue is committed to the development of arts and cultural activities in communities across Western Australia, particularly in remote and regional areas.  Sue's work history is extensive - she has experience as a facilitator, artist in residence, curator and project manager.  Sue exhibits her work regularly in Perth and regional centers. She is a member of artsource and Community Arts Network WA and is a former member of the Catalyst Arts Fund Panel.
