Visual Art and Craft Mid-Career Fellowship
2008 VISUAL ARTS AND CRAFTS MID CAREER FELLOWSHIP RECIPIENTS
Four out of nine applications were supported with Visual Arts & Crafts Mid-Career Fellowships to a total amount of $100,000. Total amount requested: $225,000
General Comments
The panel aimed to support applicants who clearly met the eligibility requirements of the Mid Career Fellowships, ie demonstration of a significant track record with a minimum of 10 years professional practice with an established exhibition history comprising solo and/or group exhibitions. Successful applications clearly met the intent of the Mid Career Fellowships to support a growth of the artist’s practice and/or increased profile rather than the creation of new body of work.
