DCA supports a number of arts organisations on a multi and triennial year basis. DCA believes they are essential to the infrastructure of WA’s arts sector and supports organisations that significantly contribute to the creative arts sector by providing opportunities for WA communities to be enriched by unique and transforming culture and arts experiences. 

These organisations are invited to apply and are assessed according to the organisation's ability to create and deliver high quality and innovative arts programs; its responsiveness of the artistic program to the organisation's target market; and the extent to which the artistic program adds value to the quality and diversity of arts practice and presentation in WA.
