Designer Fashion

DCA is committed to the process of peer assessment for grant applications.

The Designer Fashion Panel is made up of practising industry professionals with relevant knowledge and experience. Panellists are appointed by the Minister for Culture and the Arts for a three year period.

A sub-group of panellists is selected for each assessment round on the basis that they are free from any conflict of interest pertaining to the applications in that round and have the relevant expertise to thoroughly assess the applications.

DCA staff members are not involved in decision making and do not influence panel decisions.

Designer Fashion Database

The objective of the Designer Fashion Database is to build strong information-sharing networks in the Western Australian designer fashion sector.
