DCA recognises regional arts development as a priority.  We are committed to improving access to arts and culture and acknowledge the importance of finding new ways to support those who are producing world class work in regional, rural and remote locations.

Eligible regional applicants are encouraged to apply to all funding programs offered by the Department.

Regional applicants should contact the Project Officer Community and Regional Arts Development.

There are also a number of devolved regional funds operated by non-government organisations and distributed to regional clients on behalf of DCA.

Each of these organisations will be able to provide you with examples of previous projects funded under each program, which will assist you to gain a better understanding of the kinds of projects each assessment panel support.
